Our single Studio apartment is a great option for seniors who are looking for a comfortable living space while requiring more clinical supervision. Our Studio is our smallest and coziest apartment at approximately 312 square feet with a large master bedroom and a full-size private bath. Residents also have access to a spacious closet and a full bath designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring. The style of showers can vary as some rooms have walk-in showers, tubs or tubs with cutouts for easy access.

Our Studio Apartments are also equipped with SafelyYou AI video technology for fall risk mitigation and enhanced resident well-being. We are excited to offer this advanced technology and safety feature to our residents and their families. We are proud to set a new industry standard for senior care.
